Alliances

In recognition of MVSDI’s industry leadership in Communications, Dell is working with MVSDI as a strategic partner to provide total end-to-end Communications solutions for Enterprise customers. As part of the alliance, Dell offers customers a complete Communications solution leveraging MVSDI’s entire Enterprise portfolio. Dell will also sell services from the MVSDI Global Services portfolio, such as network design, program management, and on-going technical support. Together, the companies are working to combine MVSDI’s world-class communications applications with Dell's industry leading servers.

Dell and MVSDI are also looking at additional opportunities to leverage each other's strengths. The relationship is initially being launched in the United States. There are two OEM ventures currently under way with several additional opportunities being worked for 2008.
